Our Five-Step Process
Step 1
Learn About Us and Pray
Learn about our school and what we offer, and pray about your family’s needs and educational goals and whether HCS can you help you meet these goals.
Step 2
Schedule a Tour
Come meet with our administrator and tour our school. You can ask questions and learn more about us while touring our facility.
Step 3
Complete and Submit an Application
Complete the Application for Enrollment and the Student Health History Form. The application requires you to have read the HCS Bylaws and the Parent Handbook, both of which are linked below. Upon submission, we will send a Church Affiliation form to your pastor to complete on your behalf.

Step 4
Schedule Kingergarten Readiness / Entrance Exam
After submitting an application, we will schedule a time for your child to take part in a readiness test with our kindergarten teacher (for children entering kindergarten) or entrance testing (for children in higher grade levels).
Step 5
Interview with the HCS Board
We will reach out to you to schedule an interview with our school board. Upon completion of the interview, we will notify you by phone of the board’s decision.
